The EuCAP2012 registration is CLOSED.
On-Site Registration Desk (Office Hours)
The registration desk will be open at Prague Conference Centre in the time of the conference as follows:

Monday, 26th March: 08:00–17:00

The registration fees include**:
- for Associated Societies Members and Non Members: the attendance to the sessions and exhibition with a copy of the conference proceedings, the welcome drink, the morning and afternoon refreshments and the luncheons. Associated Societies are: EurAAP, AMTA, IEEE, IET.
- for Students/Retired***: the attendance to the sessions and exhibition with a copy of the conference proceedings, the welcome drink, the morning and afternoon refreshments. The luncheons can be ordered at an extra charge****.
- for Exhibition Visitor: the access to the exhibition area, the morning and afternoon refreshments, the luncheons.
* Early Bird Registration is available on or before Monday, February 27, 2012, h 18.00 Central European Time. For early registrations, we must receive the payment on or before March 08, 2012. Payments received after this date will be considered late and extra fees will apply.
** Payments of registration fee by bank transfer will be charged by additional 10 €, due to the overhead cost for the registration management.
*** Student registration is offered to Students up to 30 years old; Retired registration is offered to retired colleagues.
****4 luncheons are charged 80 €, VAT 20% included. Because there is not enough capacity in restaurants and fast foods arround the Conference venue, organizers highly recommend ordering lunches.
Exhibitors and Sponsors
Exhibitors and Sponsors can register here their Conference Delegates and Stand Personnel, respectively by Exhibitor passes and Stand Personnel Passes. Discount codes will be provided to Exhibitors and Sponsors in order to access the free or discounted registrations, included in their Exhibition or Sponsors Package.
Short Courses
The registration to the Short Courses is part of the conference registration procedure, for delegates. The price of the courses will be announced in December 2011.
WORKSHOPs
Workshops organised at EuCAP can be attended, on invitation. The persons invited to the Workshops will receive a code to be used in the registration procedure, in order to get the Workshop Pass.
Social Events
The attendance to the Social Events must be booked by the registration procedure. Registered Conference Delegates can add their Guest and register them in the Social Events.
Letters of Invitation
Letters of Invitation to EuCAP2011 can be requested online, in the Visa Information section by filling the request form. For further clarifications, please contact registration@eucap2012.org .
ADDITIONAL PURCHASEs
Additional purchases can be added later, by logging using the username/password provided during the first registration access, selecting "Review your Registration" and then “Edit your Registration”.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, provided that written notice is received at registration@eucap2012.org before March 10, 2012 h 18.00 Central European Time, the registration fee will be refunded less a handling fee of Euro 60,--.
When cancelling after March 10, 2012, h 18.00 Central European Time, no refund will be made. Proceedings (USB memory stick) will then be sent to the registrant after the conference.
