Guest Program

Special tours have been arranged exclusively for the Delegates and Accompanying persons. All tours will leave from the Prague Congress Centre (Entrance No. 10). Booking in advance is recommended, on-site availability cannot be guaranteed.
A minimum number of participants is 13. The deadline for application is March 12, 2012. Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel the tour for which a minimum number of participants have not registered. In this case another tour will be offered or a refund will be paid after the conference.

SPECIAL TOUR – COLLECTORS: Please do reserve the Collectors´tour as soon as possible, the number of persons for this tour is limited. The company Kolektory Praha reserve the right as service provider of the possibility of moving the date of excursion or cancellation this tour for serious operation reasons. In this case the payment will be refunded.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pick up time given by P.C.T depends on the traffic situation in Prague and hotel location. The possible delay of the pickup service is not matter of refundation.
All tours are usually guided bilingually.
Any complaints must be raised immediately with either the tour guide or at the box office based company representative. Complaints raised retrospectively will not be accepted.
Customers are obliged to stay with their group and the guide.
Separation from the group can result in being left behind and will be at customers expenses.
Please note that programs and prices are subjects to alteration.
No refund for tickets is used.
We are not responsible for objects left behind in the bus.
