FULL PAPER Submission

Full paper of maximum 5 pages (including figures) must be submitted electronically in Adobe Acrobat PDF format using the EDAS® conference management system for review by the Technical Programm Committee.

The new unextendible deadline for full paper submission is now Wednesday 18th January 2012 - 8 a.m. CET (i.e. 7 a.m UTC)

Please note, that this is the latest date! Due to the strict conference dates and publication procedure, full papers submitted after this date will not be accepted into the conference program.

Please make sure, that the abstracts are IEEE Xplore compatible. Detailed instructions on IEEE Xplore compatibility can be found here (http://www.ieee.org/documents/31296_IEEE_PDF_Spec.zip); the main items are embed all fonts no passwords, no bookmarks, no links.

All papers can be converted or checked using IEEE PDF Express, which is available on http://www.pdf-express.org/. The Conference ID is eucap12x.

Final Paper Submission FAQ

The title of my paper contains some misspelling.

Contact publicaton chair at publication@eucap2012.org and provide us paper number form EDAS and new title. The change will be done manually

Latex document contains pagenumber in top margin. The paper can not be uploaded because of top margin height.

The page numbering has to be turned off. In template in file IEEEtran.cls on line 3989 should be: "\pagenumbering{gobble}" instead of "\pagenumbering{arabic}". The correct file can be downloaded here.

Awards

Please, be aware that several awards will be given at the conference, based on the quality of your work (initial comments from the reviewers) and the full-length paper. So, have a look at this web-page and consider writing an excellent paper to enter the award competition.
