An official electronic letter will follow soon. Please be aware that the grant is just a registration fee waiver (Student Fee or equal amount, given by a discount code on the registration website) and no other contributions will be given. All the remaining fees namely accommodation and travel will remain on you responsibility. The grant holders are kindly asked to send to the grant committee a commitment that they will indeed attend EuCAP or decline so we can attribute their grant to other candidates. Congratulations.

We are sorry that due to the huge number of applicants for grants (44) and limited budget, we were not able to satisfy more applicants than 9. We got a really though competition with strong candidates and good papers. In a two round system of evaluation the quality of the papers, abstracts, CVs and professional activities as well as economy situation of the country where applicant works, were taken in account. Nevertheless, we hope that those who did not received grants will be still able to attend EUCAP 2012.

Looking forward to see you all at the conference.

Prof. Milos Mazanek

Prof. Cyril Luxey

Prof. Juan Mosig
