Convened Sessions
Convened Abstract Submission - contact convenErs first
Even though convened sessions are fully solicited by conveners and co-conveners, authors of distinguishable works NOT SUBMITTED during the standard review process still have chance to participate at the conference. To do so, please see the list of convened sessions and propose a paper to particular conveners.
List of conveners can be downloaded here (updated 17th November 2011)
Deadline of Convened papers abstracts deadline - 30th November 2011.
Acceptance will be notified by 16 December 2011.
Full papers must be submitted before 15 January 2012.
An abstract of maximum 2 pages (including figures) must be submitted electronically in Adobe Acrobat PDF format using the EDAS® conference management system for review by the Technical Programme Committee.

All the accepted CONVENED papers of EuCAP 2012 will be included in IEEE Xplore and listed in the Thomson Reuters ISI Web of Science (WOS) !!!
Please make sure, that the abstracts are IEEE Xplore compatible. The main requirements can be summerize as follows: embed all fonts no passwords, no bookmarks, no external links (detailed instructions on IEEE Xplore compatibility can be found on IEEE web). Please be informed, that any reasonable format (max 2 pages) is acceptable for the abstract; you will find an example template below:
